Andrea Appiani (* 23. May 1754 in Milan; † 8. November 1817 ibid.) was an Italian painter of neoclassicism who was called by his contemporaries the Pittor delle Grazie (Painter of Grace) because he "added a lovely elegance to the heroic style of Jacques-Louis David".
